Looking back, it has been an ‘exceptional’ journey, more than I had expected it to be and it was all because of certain people guiding me and showing the light. I loved the trust and patience Knoldus showed in me when I was not able to deliver as per the expectations. Management always helped me bounce back strongly after each mistake that I made. Knoldus learning culture has many things to offer you.

It was a very tough decision for me to say goodbye to the organization that gives you so many good memories for almost 9 years of association with Knoldus. We started small but growing stronger, not only in size but in our core values and culture as well. I am fortunate to witness the growth and success of Knoldus. I am really going to miss our culture where everyone learns from everyone. Learning new things from my juniors was the best part that I hadn't experienced before Knoldus. It keeps the spark alive!

Saying goodbye is never easy, but in the end, it's a part of the journey. I joined as a fresher, I never thought that this stay at Knoldus would be this much knowledgeable. I would like to thank Knoldus for giving me opportunities and was fortunate enough to contribute my part in Knoldus's growth. I wish Knoldus all the success in the future and in these tough times and wish you all good health.

Knoldus is one place, which will forever be at the top of my favorite company list. It was here that I learned everything about working effectively and exploring my true potential to the best of my abilities. It has been a fantastic journey & a great learning experience where I've enjoyed every moment & I appreciate having the opportunity to work with Knoldus.

It's an honor to work with Knoldus for more than 5 years. Got a lot to learn, do fun, work done, and now finally it's time to say goodbye. Knoldus is unique and it should remain unique and I hope with everyone's contribution it will surely reach new heights. I can say this because I have always observed how in different ways everyone in Knoldus helps each other to reach new levels.

It is always very hard to say goodbye when a place becomes your home and people become family. This place has taught me that there is no limit to which one can push oneself. It has been a fantastic journey & a great learning experience where I've enjoyed every moment & I appreciate having had the opportunity to work with each one of the knolder.

In Knoldus, we get to know so much about different technologies with complete independence which makes every knolder a very confident person of his own multi-dimensional area. The learning that specifically stands out in my journey is that Knoldus never compromise with the quality of work and learnings too. This is one habit which Knoldus give me which I always feel proud of. I would like to suggest Knoldus to continue doing things like KnolX/Webinar, KIP, and uses of code quality tools without any compromise.

I had started my career at Knoldus and learned everything here. The learning that specifically stands out in my journey is how to stay calm in a pressure situation which is helping me to handle the team today. And I would like Knoldus to continue doing these things like Knolx, new technology to work and coding style & TDD.

As I always used to say Knoldus is very unique and I could not think of any better place to start a career than Knoldus. We used to mention that, at Knoldus knowledge sharing blogs, webinars, internal processes are the key factor of success but there are also other things like company culture and mentors we have here. I’m grateful for all the opportunities I’ve got here within a short span of my career.

When I look back at my journey throughout the 4 years, I feel humbled by the level of enrichment that Knoldus has brought in me. As I forayed into the corporate world right from my student journey. I was awed by the grandeur of this innovative organization. I was fortunate enough to be incubated with the wealth of knowledge and guidance from my fellow colleagues that built the strength and confidence in me to take up challenging tasks and prepare me for my journey ahead. At times, when I failed, I was humbled by the mentorship from the senior management who not only encouraged me to try again but also made me believe that Sky is the limit for me. Knoldus has a great learning culture & doing something new with the latest technology.

Here at Knoldus, we have more learning opportunities, having an open culture, and a healthy competitive working environment. The learnings that specifically stand out in my journey is that I overcome my stage fear with the help of various KnolX, webinars and Conference sessions. I would like to suggest Knoldus continue these activities in the organization like learning culture, appreciation recognition and growth path.

Almost completing 7 wonderful years with Knoldus. As I refresh my memories, I remember how raw I was when I joined Knoldus in the year 2015. Knoldus gave me the knowledge and experience which gave me direction and confidence in my career. Whatever I am and everything I have is all because of Knoldus and Knolders. I am really fortunate that I witnessed a lot of parties and especially the trips that we used to have. Those days were really awesome. I had never thought that I would have such an amazing journey at Knoldus. I have grown a lot here and want to thank all the Knolders who helped me throughout my journey.
